Nope. Interesting, thanks for sharing that.

It might be better now, since we've cleaned up a lot of our code -- but
it would probably fall back to Prototype.js working in a 770 browser,
which I don't know anything about.

"Except where you have been specifically licensed to do so by Google,
you may not use Google Maps with any products, systems, or applications
installed or otherwise connected to or in communication with vehicles,
capable of vehicle navigation, positioning, dispatch,"
So, if I was walking, I suppose I'd be okay, but I consider an airplane
as legally a 'vehicle', and it is in connection with 'vehicle
positioning', or 'vehicle tracking', so I think that would be considered
a ToS violation.
"this Data shall not be used with functionality of any devices or
systems which include resident geographic data and/or which enable a
continuous or intermittent (i.e., more frequently than once per minute)
position determination. " -- Yahoo
That one seems obvious. :)
The virtual Earth ToS section on 'restrictions' is empty, in what seems
like a mistake, but I think we can assume it will be similar to the
'vehicle positioning' line in Google's.
