[OpenLayers-Users] Single image tiles...

The demo I linked to doesn't quite do what Steve is referring to: if you
scroll or zoom, the extents on the wms change.  Steve is referring to having
a layer that would have set extents with an image that would just move
around in the viewport and the image size would change on zoomming.
