[OpenLayers-Users] ANNOUNCE: Release Candidiate 1.0-rc1

Thanks a lot for making a release.  I've done some quick testing and it
looks pretty good.  Unfortunately, the fix for #95 just missed the release.
Can this be added to the next rc?
