[OpenLayers-Users] Zoom to Lat/Long

[Harper,Cole M - JDC-PPO1-2]

I am trying to accomplish a simple task but I can't seem to figure out
how to get it done. I want the user to input a lat/long and be zoomed
into that point at a closer zoom level. I am not a JavaScript programmer
so I don't really no where to start. I was trying to use the zoomTo
function but I haven't had any success.
