Documentation for how to set up a ka-Map layer in OpenLayers is now
available from:
  http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/OpenLayers.Layer.KaMap

The essential steps are:
  * Install PHP with libgd support, Mapserver, and PHP-Mapscript
  * Copy kamap.txt out of the examples/ directory to a web accessible
    PHP file -- the common name in ka-Map is 'tile.php'.
  * Edit the locations of your PHP modules, and the MapFiles list.
  * Create a new ka-Map layer.
