Interesting. I haven't run into this, and I'm not sure why it would
happen. Can you link to a URL under which you have a test case
available, so I can confirm the bug? Also, you can always open an issue
in the bug tracker (http://trac.openlayers.org/newticket) -- I would
much rather see open bugs that we can easily close, than to miss a bug
because it's not in the tracker.
I'll try and make time to look at this this week.
