Yes, I've seen this issue several times in the past. In fact, just last
night I cooked up a fix for it, but it won't make it into the 2.0
branch, since detecting scrolled position is something that browsers are
notoriously different at. I've filed a ticket to track this bug at 211,
targetted for the 2.1 release.
