OpenLayers 2.0-rc3 is now available for your testing pleasure from:

Fixes include:

 * Returned rounding in KaMap layer.
 * Removed unneccesary event trigger code from EventPane.js, which fixes
   some event handling deficiencies.
 * Improved Zoombox - no longer zoom at very small zooms (less than 5px
   in either direction), to prevent accidental zooming.
 * Removed Ruler tool from MouseToolbar -- needs to be reworked to work
   across base layers.
