Ok, now the overview map is really a "map."  I didn't do this before mainly
because I thought I'd want more control over the displayed graphic, and
because I thought it would be too slow.

So, now you can choose:

Overview Map as "Map"

Or old school Overview Map as Graphic
http://dev.geocartic.com/openlayers/examples/overviewmap.html


The map version is a bit hackish.  I'll make it a bit smarter (and add in
the graphic option) later.
