[OpenLayers-Users] OpenLayers 2.0-RC2 release

After much bugtesting and bugfixing, we've now released OpenLayers
2.0-rc2. Among the issues fixed:
 
  * Numerous IE-specific issues. Markers would not display on top of
    commericial layers (VE and Google), EventPane subclassed layers
    were not working properly, and the LayerSwitcher in IE did not work
    properly. 
  * Significant event propogation cleanups  
  * Reorganization and cleanup of code and documentation related to
    scale based methods.
  * Updated documentation and comments throughout the code.
