Hi John,

Not quite sure I understand what the problem is that you are experiencing, but
if you could send us a link and a description of how to reproduce it, we'd be
happy to look at it.

In the meantime, we have just put some finishing touches on the zoomlevels,
scale, resolution, etc. I even made a wiki which (hopefully) makes some
sense out of the whole thing:
