[OpenLayers-Users] Pink backgrounds?

Using kamap layers with release-2.0-rc1, I've been seeing occassional
tiles not draw - they're in the cache, but they're not displayed in the
browser, and something more frequently, I've been seeing tiles drawn in
the browser with a pink background.

The tiles in the cache are fine.  And if I zoom out and then in again,
it'll be a different set of tiles drawn with pink backgrounds.

As I've added more layers, the pink tiles have become more common.  I
currently have four kamap layers - drawing six mapserver layers, and
more tiles are pink than are not.

Has anyone else ever seen anything like this?
