[OpenLayers-Users] setCenter bug

Hi Chris

I trimmed down an example but it doesn't contain the bug =/
I will spend some more time and try and reproduce the bug in a small 
example,  but it might just be some weird side effects on my page.
The problem does occur in both IE and Mozilla.
